Primary Duties: Find houses that qualify for solar and schedule them for a free information session with a solar professional that offers them the opportunity to go solar, saving the homeowner money, and expands the reach of clean energy, at no out-of-pocket cost to them.

Entry Level Sales Compensation:

• Industry-leading commission structure
• First year on target earnings $80,000. Top performers make $250,000+

Entry Level Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Master lead generation first hand as you hone your selling and communication skills
• Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
• Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Qualify prospective customers for residential solar solutions
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Strong work ethic a must

Desired Experience and Qualifications for Entry Level Sales Reps:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
